These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Vyanra Web Solutions.

1. Service Overview

Vyanra Web Solutions is a web development company specializing in complex E-commerce solutions and customized business applications. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Development and implementation of online sales platforms.
• Integration of secure payment systems.
• Creation and customization of business applications.
• Automated integration of inventory management systems for industrial warehouses.

All service descriptions are accurate and verifiable. We do not make misleading promises or guarantees regarding the capabilities or final outcomes of the project.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Provider's Obligations (Vyanra Web Solutions)

• To provide services according to the agreed technical specifications and within the established deadlines.
• To offer technical support according to the purchased service package.
• To respect the confidentiality of the client's information and data.

2.2. Client's Obligations

• To provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner for the project's execution.
• To make payments according to the invoices and established financing plan.
• To use the final services and products in accordance with the applicable legislation.

3. Financial Terms and Invoicing

Prices are communicated in the technical and financial proposal. Any change in the project's scope may lead to a cost revision, which will be communicated and approved in writing in advance.

Payments are made according to the established plan (advance, milestones, final). Payment delays may lead to work suspension. Refund conditions are handled individually and specified in the contract.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vyanra Web Solutions is not liable for:

• Business losses, revenue, or data resulting from delays or interruptions of services due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Consequences of the client's misuse of the final product or failure to follow technical instructions.
• Content provided by the client for integration into the platform.

The total liability of our company is limited to the value of the services paid by the client for that specific project.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights to the source code, design, and customized functionalities developed are transferred to the client after full payment of the project. Preexisting components (libraries, frameworks) remain under their original licenses.

6. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration in writing, with 30 days prior notice. In case of termination by the client, the client remains obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date. Vyanra Web Solutions reserves the right to immediately suspend services in case of a flagrant violation of these terms.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after the modifications are published constitutes acceptance of them.
